Inquiry/Quotation
1.Upon receiving an inquiry, our sales team ensures a immediate response on the same business day, providing detailed quotation information, including product packaging and descriptions,and that assist customers in checking sea freight prices.
2.For new product (OEM/ODM) requirements, we align with market trends and provide support for Customized molds.
3.For new customers, we recommend hot selling products based on their target market, accompanied by detailed product information.
4.Keeping update the new products to existing customers, analyzing their compatibility with the target market
5.Directly transfer new product requests to the sampling department.

Sending Samples/Sampling
1.Free regular samples, ensuring dispatch within 1-3 working days. We provide sample images before dispatch.
2.We will keep tracking the entire logistics process, promptly updating customers on the logistics status
3.Follow up the customers’ satisfaction upon receiving samples. In case of defects causing dissatisfaction, we offer free re-sampling.
